Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free 10-day replacement and return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition including all original tags, brand's original box, packaging, invoice, freebies, and accessories, all of which must be intact. If any signs of usage or alteration are found, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be considered ineligible for return.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

If a defective or incorrect product is delivered or  the product does not fit and you would like a different size, customers should contact customer service immediately by filling out the return form here.

Once you request a return for an order or a part of an order, our team will arrange a pickup from your location. Return shipping is free within the return time.

Important Notes:

  • Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the availability of the desired item will depend on stock.

  • Open Box Delivery orders are not eligible for returns.
